Know of any travel guidebooks that aren’t so politically correct and prudish?

I’m going to Costa Rica to have a good time not to go freaking bird watching and then go rot in a museum like the Rough Guide or Lonely Planet would have you do. Any suggestions?

Good point….each Lonely Planet book has a section on travel for gay travellers, but nary any advice for heterosexual travellers.
Depends what kind of birds one watches.

Why don’t you check out local brothels, sounds like that’s all you need to be happy.
